Program Timeline

• 5:45 pm: Badge pick up

• 5:45 pm – 7:30 pm Attendee RECEPTION and SHOWCASE – Complimentary passed appetizers, great wines, and an innovator showcase (Company and Non-profit demo’s). A vibrant schmoozefest

• 7:15 pm Doors open to theater and simulcast lounge for Talks ( first come first served seating)

• 7:45 pm to 9:45 pm. TEDxTalks Filming. DUE TO FILMING No seating in theater permitted after the program begins.

• 9:45 pm-10:15 PM, APPROX. – A dessert reception/meet and greet with our speakers immediately follows in Lobby
